Andreas and Zoë’s wedding at The Estate at New Albany was the perfect fall wedding, and the perfect ending to a great wedding season!

Zoë and Andreas are the epitome of the Erica Kay Photography dream client. Lovers of laughter, adventure, beer, food, friends, family, and each other, they’re exactly who we want to photograph. From their beer-and-adventure-focused engagement session to their love-soaked wedding to their laughter-filled photo reveal, we’ve been so lucky to be a part of so many special moments with them, and each one has felt like home. It’s an amazing feeling to serve clients who love and appreciate the things we do, and to know that they value us and our service because of that.

Anywayyyy….about their wedding at The Estate at New Albany! It was a gorgeous fall day. It was a little chilly, but warm in the sun. A little windy, but just the right amount to make Zoë’s gorgeous veil flutter. There was a little fall color, but enough to beautifully accent their photos and the gorgeous ceremony location. It was exactly what I’d expect from an early November wedding.

We spent the entire day with them, from both Zoë and Andreas getting ready through the epic dance party. We captured Zoë and her girls eating Timbits while listening to gangsta rap. And, Andreas and his guys sipping beers while playing pool. We witnessed Zoë’s first look with her bridesmaids and father, and then of course, an emotional first look with Andreas. We hitched up Zoë’s dress for a little walk in the woods for photos. We laughed and laughed and laughed with the wedding party. And then cried a little during their vows to each other at their outdoor ceremony. And, of course, we laughed and laughed and laughed again throughout the epic entrances, hilarious speeches, and sweet ass dance moves at the reception.
