I’m almost positive that Marisa and Ben are my spirit animal clients. They’re so sweet, full of life, love to drink good beer, and laugh non-stop (seriously, Marisa’s giggles are the best). I seriously had the best time photographing their wedding at The Vue. And, despite the 90+ degree heatwave in September, the day was pretty much perfect.
Their wedding day began at The Hyatt, where they each got ready with their friends and family. Of course, mimosas were sipped, beers were cracked, and laughs were shared. We then made our way to The Vue, where Marisa and Ben exchanged vows in front of a small group of their closest family and friends. It was a beautiful, intimate ceremony, which was perfect for the two of them.
After wandering the streets and alleys of the Brewery District with their bridal party and hitting up a bar, it was time to party. Marisa and Ben showed a quick video of the first part of their day to their guests before making their grand entrance. UA Creative Studios did a beautiful job of showcasing some of the moments of the early part of the day. What a cool way to share their ceremony with those who weren’t there!
After a delicious dinner, some pretty great speeches, and an adorable cake cutting, the party began. It was such a blast watching their friends and family tear up the dance floor. And, I may or may not have done a little booty shaking myself 😉
