Sarah & Ian’s wedding at COSI was my first “big” wedding of the year (thanks, COVID) and it was everything I’ve been missing in 2020. The couple, the wedding party, the location, the vendors, the weather, I mean it was ALL perfect and it brought me back to a sense of normalcy as a wedding photographer. Much needed!
Ohhhhhhh hot dang. It feels like forever since I’ve been able to share a wedding blog post! I mean, it has been about 9 months, which for a wedding photographer is an unusually long time. Damn COVID. So, I’m so so so so excited to share Chris and Sarah’s TWO weddings with you! Yes, I said two. Read on for double the fun!
Anyone with a reasonably good camera can take a decent photo. We know this because there are approximately 7 million Instagram influencers out there. However, 0/10 people recommend hiring anything but a pro to photograph your wedding. Your wedding day deserves a true pro. Two years ago today, I married the man of my dreams. Some of you know Antonio as my husband. Some of you know him as your friend. Some of you know him as my kickass second shooter, photo assistant, and business partner. But I think all of you know him as a kind, considerate, funny, warm, friendly person who shines a light so bright that you just can’t help but love him. And, I’m so incredibly lucky to love him.
First of all, this Coronavirus can just go ahead and eff right off. To all of you who are going through the cancelation/rescheduling process right now, I’m sending you so much love.
