Another day, another epic engagement session! If you’ve ever thought about doing engagement photos at North Market, here’s one piece of advice. Stop thinking, and just do it. You won’t regret it.

Sarah and Ian LOVE the North Market. They live just a few blocks away and take advantage of any opportunity they can to eat, drink, and wander through the market. Since I also love doing all of these things and have always wanted to shoot there, it was a no-brainer to suggest it as a location for their engagement session. I’m pretty sure I squealed like a school girl when they said yes!

We actually started their session at another meaningful location – McFerson Park. You see, Sarah and Ian are super cool and have one of those rad condos that line the park. We laughed, cuddled, and strolled through the park, snapping photos along the way. It was chilly and there were approximately two million tiny girls running around in Disney princess dresses on their way to Disney on Ice, but we made it work 😉

After getting some of those traditional photos at McFerson, we finished up their engagement photos at North Market. We strolled through the market, periodically stopping for some laughs and some snuggles. We definitely got some strange looks, and a few stares, but it was so worth it. We wrapped up the session the only way anyone at North Market could – by eating Jeni’s ice cream, duh.
