I knew Kelsey and Alex were “the ones” for me when, during their pre-booking meeting, they asked “what’s on your engagement session photo bucket list?”  I mean, who asks that?!  Only the coolest people, that’s who.  After our meeting, I sent them a list of bucket list items (I’m a pro at bucket listing…I even have a book called “My Bucketlist”), which included things like scuba diving and skydiving with a couple, having a paint war, and the one they actually let me do, going on a bar crawl in Over the Rhine!  This was the perfect couple to do that with.  Plus, we had the most perfect weather and found the most perfect locations.  All in all, this session was just perfect.

Their story:

Alex describes Kelsey, the love of his life, exactly as I’d describe myself, “a living oxymoron – a hippie that loves the city.”  How adorable is that?!  These two met in high school ski club, and after many years of friendship, realized they were meant to be more than friends.  Alex proposed to Kelsey in the most perfect way – after a trip to a liquor store in a cold, Chicago alley 😉  If these two aren’t perfect for me, I don’t know who is!
