Kaitlin and Alan‘s Grange Insurance Scioto Audubon wedding was nothing short of perfection. Kaitlin and Alan and their friends and family were GORGEOUS. The location was absolutely perfect for these two nature lovers. The weather was warm and sunny with a light breeze. Decor, food, drinks, music, and the rest of the small details were curated beautifully. And, it was just perfect.
We started the day with Kaitlin’s beautiful dress and bridal details. I’m in love with her dress (that sheer lace bodice!!) AND her kickass red heels AND her snake bracelet. WHAT?! BUT, WHY IS SHE SO STYLISH?!
Of course, I had to implement the nature-inspired sculpture into their ring shot, because of their love of nature. Ring shots are my fav and I’m always looking for cool things to use for these shots!
After playing with these gorgeous pieces for a bit, it was time for Kaitlin to get dressed and go see her man for the first time.
Wasn’t their first look, like, PERFECT?!
Then, of course, it was time for formal photos. One of my favorite things about the Scioto Aububon is how freaking photogenic it is. There are epic trees, winding pathways, gorgeous architectural details, and a great view of the city. I could’ve spent all day wandering around and photographing them!
Up next, the real reason for the season: time to get Kaitlin and Alan hitched! Their outdoor ceremony was surrounded by gorgeous greenery and a bright blue sky!
Finally, it was party time. There were hilarious speeches, epic dance moves, and so much fun all night long.
Kaitlin and Alan, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of such a special time in your lives! I’ve loved our adventures in Charleston and Columbus and am so thankful for you both!
