Caitlyn & Cody | Married

Caitlyn and Cody’s wedding at WatersEdge was the perfect mix of funky personality, classic style, and traditional beauty! They so perfectly incorporated their personality through bold colors and sparkly Keds. Their classic style was highlighted in Cait’s beautiful wedding dress and Cody’s dapper tux. And, the traditional beauty of WatersEdge tied all of those elements together perfectly.

First up, Cait’s gorgeous details. I love how she incorporated such bold, beautiful colors into her florals. And, those shoes! Perfect!

Next, Cait and Cody’s first look. One of my favorite things about WatersEdge is the lakeside views. Of course, we took advantage of those views to create a beautiful environment for Cait and Cody to see each other for the first time.

After a few minutes alone, it was photo time! We hopped around the WatersEdge grounds, taking advantage of the many gorgeous locations and natural backdrops.

Cait and Cody’s lakeside ceremony was simple and sweet. They exchanged vows and said “I Do” overlooking the lake and surrounded by their closest friends and family.

Finally, it was party time. Succulents were given as favors (the key to my heart, right there!). Popcorn and s’mores were snacked on. There was a late night taco bar. And, of course, there were epic dance moves.

Cait and Cody’s family sent them off with a classic sparkler exit. Bonus points for those extra long sparklers, which Cait and Cody took full advantage of by running through the sparkler line multiple times. 😉

Cait and Cody – thank you so much for choosing me for your engagement and wedding photos. I’ll forever be thankful for you both!
