There are awesome engagement photo locations…and then there’s Courtney and Ryan’s engagement photo locations. I’m pretty much obsessed with their engagement photos at Genoa Park and the Franklinton Brewdog rooftop!

Courtney and Ryan met through Bumble, but Ryan actually knew who she was from mutual friends. When they first matched, Courtney had no idea who Ryan was, but as soon as she saw his smile, she was hooked. After about a month of chatting through the app, they both were invited to a pool party of a mutual friend. Courtney had no idea Ryan was going to be there. They started chatting as soon as they saw each other and were inseparable the rest of the day. After the pool party, everyone met up at Zeno’s and they ended up being the last two left. *swoon*

Asheville has been Courtney’s favorite place to visit ever since she moved away. She has taken Ryan down there many times and they enjoy hiking, touring breweries, great food, the list is endless. When Ryan was thinking about where he wanted to propose, he thought there’s no better place than Asheville. They were spending a weekend at Courtney’s parents’ condo, which has amazing views of the sunset over the mountains. Ryan suggested they go out to the deck to watch the sunset. It was pretty cloudy, so Courtney turned around to go back inside and there was Ryan on one knee. The rest of the story gets a bit fuzzy because she was so excited, but she immediately said yes.

So, it was a no brainer to choose a brewery and a location with epic views for their engagement photos. When they suggested a brewery and a skyline view, I knew there was no better option than the rooftop of Brewdog and the gorgeous Genoa Park. Plus, it’s a nod to their upcoming downtown wedding. Perfect!
