As many of you know, I’m completely into philanthropy and helping others. I have been my whole life. It’s so amazing to be able to use my gifts to help others through empowerment, education, or simply a sense of happiness.
One of the organizations that I dedicate my time to is called She Means Business. She Means Business was founded by Sarah Girard, owner of Your Style Hunter, and is an organization dedicated to empowering female business owners in Columbus. Last weekend, we teamed up with Dress for Success Columbus to host our first (annual) Pop Up Shop at Seventh Son Brewing. Despite the torrential downpours and severe thunderstorms, I had a fabulous time running a super chic (and silly) photobooth. Even I couldn’t resist the temptation to get in front of the camera for a quick shot with a couple of dear friends who stopped by to check out the goods (see above) 🙂
Below are a few shots from that day and some info about each shot. I hope you’ll check out some of the amazing creative entrepreneurs featured below!
Say hello to the amazing women behind Baydian, an AMAZING scarf company. Tamara hand paints scarfs (like the one on her head). HAND PAINTS THEM. It’s ridiculous. You MUST check her out!
On the left is the lovely lady from Unique Batik, and in the middle and on the right are the lovely ladies from Trivial Pursuits, a super cool event planning company.
These three represent Ill La La Designs, a company carrying incredible, handmade purses, wallets and accessories. So fun and fabulous!
And finally, we have DJ Manimal, the guy behind the killer beats.
Don’t forget to follow me on Facebook and Instagram for even more fabulous photos & updates!
