I get obsessed with my clients’ photos for various reasons. Sometimes it’s because of the love that so clearly radiates in the photos. Other times its because of how beautiful they are, or how much I love the couple, or how gorgeous the environment or light is. I’m obsessed with Kelsie and Michael’s Highbanks engagement photos for alllllll of those reasons, and more.

First, let’s talk about Kelsie. This girl walked into my life unexpectedly about 2 years ago when she became an intern at my studio. Little did I know when she walked through the doors for her interview that I’d grow to love her like a little sister. Kelsie is kind, funny, gorgeous, goofy, and all the things I love. She has become so much more than a co-worker over the past two years, and I’m so thankful for that.

Second, let’s talk about this location and that light! Soft, cloud-diffused light in a gorgeous, fall environment? YES PLEASE. Highbanks Metro Park was the perfect spot for their engagement session on a chilly, fall Tuesday afternoon. No one was there, the leaves were killer, and the background was perf.

And, finally, let’s talk about this love. Just look at the way Michael looks at her and cuddles her and kisses her. *swoon* He’s clearly so obsessed with her and I freaking love it. And Kelsie just giggles constantly (typical Kelsie), which is so adorable.

I just love them.
