Stephanie and Steven’s in-home and Goodale Station engagement photos are just another example of the type of photos that fill my soul. Gorgeous, unique, and so perfectly *them*.
Stephanie, Steven, and I spent a lot of time planning for their session. We tossed around a ton of unique location options for their photos. We talked about Otherworld, an immersive art experience in Columbus. This would’ve been a really cool session, but not truly *them*. We looked into their favorite bar in Cleveland (The Vault), but that didn’t work out for us either. When we finally landed on in-home and Goodale Station engagement photos, I knew it would be absolutely perfect. A true representation of their unique style. Honestly, I’m happy all the other locations fell through. These two locations were absolutely perfect for them.
So, we started their session at their Italian Village condo. They welcomed us with boozy beverages and a charcuterie board with parmesan directly from Italy. This is obviously a couple after my own heart! We spent some time photographing them in their stylishly decorated living room before taking advantage of the views from their second floor balcony and ROOFTOP PATIO! Seriously, they have a private rooftop patio equipped with a massive hot tub and epic city views. WHAAAATTT?! #goals
We finished up the session at one of Columbus’ newest gems – Goodale Station. This trendy, modern bar was the perfect compliment to their modern home and trendy style. We sipped on some delicious bevvies at the bar before moving outside to their rooftop patio. It was another perfect location with epic skyline views. And, Goodale Station is pretty great, guys. Their drink menu is 100% and I can’t wait to go back to taste test everything they have to offer 😉
Stephanie and Steven, thank you so much for the hospitality and for the laughs all throughout your session. Antonio and I adore your spunky personalities and are so thankful we get to be a part of your lives. We can’t wait for your wedding this summer!
