If you know me at all (or even if you’ve only read my “About Me” page), you know that my other passion involves my work with the orphans and vulnerable children of Lesotho, Africa.  I first visited Lesotho on a Fulbright trip in the summer of 2011, and it was during that trip that I completely fell in love with the country, culture, and children of Lesotho.  Shortly after returning from the trip, I joined BLOOM Africa as a member of their board, and the rest is history 😉

BLOOM Africa is an organization run by young, amazing people from around the world who, together with the people of Lesotho, work to improve the lives of the children and communities of Lesotho.  I am so lucky to have found and become part of this organization and to work with my amazing fellow board members, all of whom are just as passionate about this work as I.

A huge shoutout to Bent Tree Golf Course, The Blowout Bar, Bliss Tans, Baydian, Lost in Reverie, and all of the other donors, golfers and volunteers who helped to make our 4th annual golf outing such a huge success!
