Brett & Maggy’s 3-part engagement session was the perfect mix of cool, cute, and chic. The first part of their session took place at the Short North Tavern in the Short North district of Columbus, Ohio. This was the location of their first date (which was a blind date, btw), so it was obviously the perfect place to start their e-sesh. Of course, we had to wrap up this part of the session by taking advantage of $1 taco night. How could we not?!
A few weeks later, I met Brett & Maggy in Bexley for the second part of their session. We packed up the car and took the pup to the baseball field in Bexley, where Brett spends his time coaching the Bexley High School baseball team. Considering their wedding theme is vintage baseball, this was another perfect spot for their session.
After playing a bit of fetch and taking advantage of the beautiful June evening sun in the baseball stadium, we made our way to our final destination, North Bank Park in downtown Columbus. Here, we got some great shots of Brett & Maggy against the city skyline and underneath an old train bridge, which, despite its initial appearance, turned out to be one of the best locations I’ve ever shot!
Brett & Maggy, I’m counting down the days until your beautiful wedding day! Thanks again for sharing this time with me!
Are you following me on Facebook and Instagram yet?! I’d love to see you there!
